Jibbitz bought by Crocs for $10 Million

A big congrats goes out to Jibbitz Founders Sheri and Rich Schmelzer on the sale of their company to Crocs Inc. The sale was for $10 million in cash and another $10 million for future performance. Both Sheri and Rich will stay on as Cheif Design Officer and President respectively. The founders are looking forward to having the ability to grow the Jibbitz business under the Crocs family.

that’s an awesome sale! wish i would have thought about that!

guess what i just saw? swirl colored crocs on dillards website… they’re not on the crocs site, that i could find but dillards has them listed.
