Do you love your Crocs? Do you wish others can share in your joy of the comfort Crocs bring? If so, we need your help.

Did you know when you Google “Crocs” littlerubbershoes.com comes up #9? This is great, but what you may not know is that IHateCrocs.com comes up #7.

This site is devoted eliminating Crocs and have gone as far as recording themselves setting a pair of Crocs on fire. They are even selling t-shirts to try and get their Croc hater message out.

I am doing what I can to promote Crocs and spread the message about these shoes that we love, but I need your help. We need to get littlerubbershoes.com ranking higher than IHateCrocs.com so we can show people there are more Fans than Haters.

What can you do?

Crocs Found in Flooded Hurricane Katrina House

Wednesday 14 March 2007 @ 11:47 pm

This guy found bags and boxes full of Crocs Shoes in a flooded house in Lousiana. Could these have fallen off a truck and stored there? Could they floated out of a warehouse and collected at this house?

The boxes show MARDIGRASZONE.COM on them, but looking at their website they don’t appear to sell Crocs. Maybe because they lost their whole inventory?

Strange, Very Strange. Anyone out there have any thoughts or insight into this one?

Crocs Steep Prices Outside the US

Wednesday 14 March 2007 @ 10:07 pm

I received the following email from a Crocs Fan from Sweden. Apparently, those of us in the US are fortunate to be able to go to the store or order crocs online for $30. If you have price information in other areas of the World email us at Crocs@littlerubbershoes.com. We love hearing from you.

Thanks Bertil

Hi!

Although Crocs were introduced here in Sweden already in 2005, they really took off only towards the end of last year. Although you only could see the odd pair in public, Crocs have became very popular in places such as the hospital where I work.

I bought my first pair from the US in April and have since purchased half a dozen pairs on eBay. I have four pairs of Cayman Crocs in various colors and two pairs of Disney Crocs. At the moment I’m waiting for a pair of Endeavor and another pair of Cayman Crocs in the new color military green.

Greed is everywhere and regrettably the Swedish agent priced Crocs very high at first, including 25 percent VAT they wanted $98 for a pair! Not surprising then that the cheap Chinese copies sold well in supermarkets. This year they have come to their senses and lowered the price to $70, still much more than in the US though.

A new outlet did good business with an introductory price of $56, as shown in the attached ad. I think this is a very nice photo, the pink Crocs look really sexy with those loose socks.

That said, I’m confident that we will see many more Crocs here come spring and warmer weather - even at these high prices.

Regards,
Bertil

Crocs on Escalators - Warning (Again)

Sunday 11 March 2007 @ 4:24 pm

In September of last year we first posted about the potential of Kids wearing Crocs shoes getting stuck in escalators. Please read this mother’s story about her daughter’s Crocs getting caught in an escalator at the mall.

crocs shoes caught in escalator

Please, Please, Please - Take extra caution with Kids (and adults) when wearing Crocs on Escalators. I know this kind of thing happens with other shoes, but it seems that there have been a number of these incidents happening with Crocs.

Various Crocs Fans Blog Posts

Saturday 20 January 2007 @ 10:55 am

Given the popularity of Crocs, I hit the Bloggers world to find what other Crocs Fans are writing about. Here are some various posts by Crocs Fans around the world.

Wife of a soldier in Iraq sending him a pair of Crocs. He wants the real Crocs, not some Crocs Knockoffs.

Like many Crocs Fans, Che Cheh went from hating them to loving them and now says “Now I love Crocs till-death-do-us-part.” She writes how one person in her family tried them and loved them and then slowly everyone else in the family had to have some. Just like how my wife started me on them, and now we bought everyone in our family a pair for them to enjoy as well.

Sinfully Delicious writes about how she bought a pair of Mary Jane Crocs. She too has a husband who is a Crocs Fan! She mentions the Prima Crocs as an alternative for women who don’t like the look of the Mary Janes.

The Fitness PodShow did a Podcast on Crocs.

More to come on Crocs Fans Bloggers!
